Both sets i can get at £69 each.
Can anyone tell me if this is worth it and if it sounds like a good enough offer?

Either is a good chisel set - the question is how you intend to use them...(I actually own both). I find myself grabbing the blue handled M444 chisels when I want to do some handwork with the chisels... and when I'm using a hammer to knock notches into wood, I use the red/yellow handled M373, because it has a metal striker on the end of the handle. The handle on the M373 is wider than than those on the blue chip chisels, making them easier to grip one handed for striking with a hammer. The M444 blue chip chisel handles are just a bit longer, and slimmer. Which I find handy when shaving wood with a chisel.
Either chisel set will last a long time, if taken care of properly.
Oh, and yes, they're worth it. Here in the USA, I'd expect to pay about $50 for the M373 set, and about $60 for the M444 set.
