how do i tell how rare a Pokemon card is other than black star black diamond or black circle?
i just got some new cards but some don't have the sign some have the silver holographic stars some say promo and one is gold holographic stuff out lined in white pleas help!
Well promo cards are kinda considered there own rarity. They usually are obtained By buying something and you are certain to get them. Because you are definitely going to get the promo it really isn't a rarity issue, although some promos are in short print so they are themselves rare to find because so little of them exist. Other promos are usually not worth much because so many were made and easy to get without buying so many packs of cards.
