Flying (amidst clouds, in an aeroplane)
Dark big shapes
upon the ground
shadows of the sky
flaky puffs
of snow and cloud
float
beneath me
as I fly

solid glaciers
against blue seas
rounded woolly
forms in white

shreds of smoke
a dreamy stroke
painted in graphite

a lone swirling wisp,
breaking the train
raining upon
a lonely plain

As the thundering
cloudy kingdom comes
monstrous explosive,
contained creatures
with corners immersed in
blinding light

and fading purple fringes

we glided twirled
and skirted the world

of giant cotton ranges.
