Will formating my partionined half of the hard drive erase the other half?
I have a 1tb hard drive. Half is formatted in NTFS and the other half FAT32. I want to Format the FAT32 back to NTFS. Will formatting it back delete my data on the NTFS? I am using Swissknife to format please help!
when you select the fat partition and select format it will only format that part of the drive
if you are using a windows system and the fat drive appears as you d: drive
open my computer right click the d:drive and select format select ntfs
why use swissknife?
