OOAK hair rooting tool?
Can I find a hair rooting tool in a craft store for my OOAK or do I have to get one online? If they are in craft stores (such as Michael’s) are they called “hair rooting tool”? Because I can’t find that item on Michaels.com
ebay has them, along with videos of how to do it properly.
